Full payment must be received before I work on your commission.REVISIONS
The client is allowed 2 revisions after the final illustration. Any major changes afterwards will result in an extra fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- There will be a rush fee if the client needs their order before a certain date.
- Delivery can range between 1 week to a month, depending on my schedule.
- I will notify the client if there are any delays.USE
- The client is free to use their commissioned illustration for personal use and streaming.
- Commercial use (redistributing of any sort, merch, etc.) will have an extra fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I retain shared rights to your work.
- Do not claim my artwork as your own.
- Do not trace, steal, or copy my artwork.REFUNDS
- If the client is unsatisfied with my work, if I am unable to complete the commission, or if there are any unreasonable delays, you are entitled to a 50% refund if the commission is already in progress.
- If I have NOT started your commission and the client decides to cancel, the client will receive a 100% refund with no cancellation fee.COMMUNICATION
- Communication will be through DMS (direct messages).
- I will send updates during each process, these include low resolution, watermarked screenshots (this is to prevent suspicious activity).
